Editing, level balancing and tonal adjustments, so every speaker sounds consistent and the recording flows smoothly. On request, I also remove filler sounds (ums and ahs), long pauses and false starts, or cut any sections you'd rather leave out. Delivered at the correct loudness for podcast and video platforms.
Price per recording: €60 (up to 40 min), €80 (40–60 min), €100 (60+ min).
These are guide prices: the final price depends on the length and complexity of the recording, and you'll know it before any work begins. Other projects quoted individually. First test edit is free.

3. We confirm the details
Once the scope, turnaround time, and any important notes are clear, the project is ready to move forward.
I clean, balance, and polish the audio, then send the finished version. Standard delivery is within 5 days, with faster turnaround available if agreed in advance.
4. I edit and deliver
You review the finished version, I make any agreed revisions if needed, and payment is completed after approval.

About Me
I'm Krišjānis, the sound engineer behind KJ AudioLab. I have a degree in sound engineering and hands-on experience in recording, editing and post-production for both spoken word and music. With an artistic side of my own, I'm used to listening closely, and that shapes how I work.
I aim for audio that sounds natural: clear voices, even levels, and no over-processing or artificial sound. I handle every project myself, from the first test edit to the final file, so you always know who you're talking to. If a recording has limits, I'll tell you upfront what's realistic.
I work with agencies, companies and creators, in English and Latvian.
